Body Shaping
Body Shaping
Body Shaping includes muscle strengthening and endurance workouts for all the body’s major muscle groups. Because there is no dancing, jumping, stepping, or choreography to learn, body sculpting is ideal for those who dislike or can not perform high impact workouts. Body sculpting also helps to prevent osteoporosis by increasing one’s bone density. Our instructors will teach proper form while leading you to a more toned and defined body.

P.A.C.E. for Women
PACE is performed in an interval circuit format with timed intervals of 30 seconds at each station. The machines use hydraulics for resistance. The resistance matches the effort of the user which greatly reduces the risk of injury and eliminates muscle soreness. The complete circuit takes only 30 minutes and is set up in our women's only gym area.

Senior Aerobics
Senior Aerobics

Aerobics
Aerobics is defined as extended activities that make you breathe hard while using the large muscle groups at a regular, even pace. Aerobic activity trains the heart, lungs and cardiovascular system to process and deliver oxygen more quickly and efficiently to every part of the body. Aerobics is also helpful for weight control. An aerobically fit individual can work longer, more vigorously and achieve a quicker recovery at the end of the aerobic session.
